The images show a big area of necrosis in the apex and in the distal portion of the antero-septal wall, with ischemia in the middle and distal portion of the LAD, ischemia in the distal portion of the antero-lateral wall. It can be noticed the presence of small area of necrosis in the proximal portion of the inferior wall, with ischemia on the middle portion of inferior wall and in the infero-lateral wall (proximal portion).
