There is a severe perfusion defect involving the entire anterolateral wall, true lateral, and inferior wall (LCx and RCA territory).
Very important and something not to miss is the left ventricular cavity dilation during stress as a high risk marker.
As well as increase in right ventricular tracer uptake which is indicative of another high risk marker.
